Harris
was arrested on the morning of June 15, 2000 when Trenton police officers
observed him behind the wheel of a 1989 Mazda 626.

officers stopped the vehicle. The
defendant was found in possession of 4.98 grams of crack cocaine and $647 in
cash.
Despite
having been indicted, every defendant is presumed innocent until found guilty
beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
