CHARGE AGAINST MCCC PRESIDENT TO BE DISMISSED 

Trenton, NJ — Mercer County Prosecutor Joseph L. Bocchini Jr. announced today that he has made the decision to dismiss the criminal sexual contact charge against Mercer County Community College President Robert Rose. 

Bocchini stated that the case was presented to a grand jury on November 14.  The panel could not reach a majority decision to no bill or to indict the charge and therefore took no action against Rose.

After discussing the matter with senior staff, Bocchini made the decision to dismiss the complaint.  The victim and her family have been advised of the determination.
