WEST WINDSOR — Mercer County Prosecutor Joseph L. Bocchini Jr. and West Windsor Police Chief Joseph Pica announced today that the investigation into the sexual assault of a Mercer County Community College student has resulted in the arrest of an 18-year-old Trenton man.
Nolan Washington Hall (DOB 7/23/89), of Quinton Avenue, Trenton, was charged with one count of sexual assault at the West Windsor Township Police Department on Monday.
Hall, also a MCCC student, is accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman from Trenton inside the college’s communications building on the evening of October 8.
Sexual assault is a crime of the second degree. It carries a penalty of five to 10 years in prison.
Bail in the amount of $50,000 cash or bond was set by Mercer County Superior Court Judge Maryann K. Bielamowicz. Hall is being held at the Mercer County Correction Center.
